You can completely customize and re-brand each training resource as your own using any word processor, including Microsoft Word. You can add company logos and color schemes, insert industry examples, even combine training modules from different courses to create completely new training programs.

Our Product Manager works directly with Subject Matter Experts that select and compile the content for our training manuals. Once approved by our editorial staff, the in-house team of courseware developers then create all of the other training resources such as PowerPoint slides and Quick Reference Sheets.
You may use these materials to train an unlimited number of people. You may make as many changes as you like and you may print an unlimited number of copies.
You may provide copies of the training materials to people you train however you may not copy our materials for resale to other trainers.
You may add whatever content you like to the training materials. Our training materials are provided to you in an editable format. You may add your own content or combine content from multiple courses.
While the exact presentation time may vary from trainer to trainer, our courses typically take a full day to present.
Our training manuals are in Microsoft Word format, and are extremely easy to edit and add content. We recommend simply cutting and pasting when customizing your courseware. If you need help with this, we can answer your questions by phone during our normal business hours.
We process all of our instructor-led training materials (ILT) orders from of our head office in Canada. We occasionally get comments that certain credit card companies apply a small “international transaction fee”. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees.
